A double floor curved staircase flowing around curved walls had been a long-envisioned dream for the owners but were unsure how to make it a reality. Following Donovan Construction getting in touch with our team, we worked with our structural engineer, designing the perfect radius stairs and landings, taking support from the surrounding hall walls.

We completed both flights of concrete stairs and landings before the roof had been fitted, giving access to other trades thus increasing safety and efficiency on site.

Iconic Stairs can be fitted at any stage of the build- from the beginning or right up to near completion, due to their nature of being custom built on-site (Insitu)

We conclude, by placing a window as they climb the circular flowing staircase- they will never tire of the elevated view of some of South England’s prettiest countryside in its back garden.
